Sorry for quoting myself but I wasn't sure if this got lost in the mix so posting it again.
My first C8 lasted a couple weeks and would of probable made it allot longer if I didn't destroy it trying to clean the coil with a tooth pick.
The one I'm using now has been going strong for about two weeks now, I've had it up to 6 volts but have been vaping it at 4.8 volts and under.
A couple of tips with the C8 and the CE3's, don't fill them all the way up and if you get dry hits give a couple hard pulls with the PV off.

Haven't used C8 yet but see max took care of ya! Do they really have that low of a life span? It's 2.6 ohm so yeah like Max says, I would stay well below 4.8. I found my sweet spot on the twist for using 2.6-2.8ohm clearos at about 4.2v.

In fact I did, today I added artic chill to gandalf and WOW it is so freaking yummy! Not something I'd vape all day every day, but I like tobacco flavors sometimes, and now I have an awesome menthol tobacco!!!
