WOW...the twist kits came and went really fast! Wolf is going to need to up his order quantity! The more he buys the more he can sell!

He said he was putting up the 650 twist kits today. Hoping that he hasn't gotten to it yet, since they are out of stock...Hope I didn't just miss them!

Love me some pork steaks. Especially when I discovered they're just sliced up pork shoulder. Shoulders go on sale almost every week at one store or another in town. buy one, slice 'em as thick as I want and we're good to go. Much cheaper than buying them steak form.
