Picked up a bottle of the Captain recently. First time in a LONG while I've bought hard liquor. Was never wild about rum & cokes in the past but been enjoying them now. Using diet coke so it doesn't get as sweet. That's what I didn't like about them in the past.

Rewatched all of M*A*S*H a couple months ago and since then I've had an urge to start drinking gin.

The only gin I can drink is Hendricks. It's distilled through cucumber, giving it a very unique flavor. Mixed with soda water, and served with fresh cucumber slices if possible.

I had some Captain for the first time in ages when I was at the parents earlier this week. Mixed with Pepsi, which I do prefer given the choice. But Cruzan dark is still my goto rum. It's not quite as spiced as Captain, and very smooth. But too many calories, so I don't drink it often.
