So had an interesting email today. Our front desk manager (the "manager of managers" as it were) is transferring to a different resort next month. There was quite a lot of happy faces around work today. His leadership style isn't really enjoyed around here by most. So next month we get to break in someone "new." In quotes because she's just new to us, not new to the job.
