I have to grocery shopping and other errands today. I'd rather just hang out around here like I did yesterday

Well I went and jogged in the water for a bit and then just hung out. It's my summer in the winter.

Wow that sounds like my gym.. They have waterobics classes all the time... I just go for open swim... Sometimes twice a day... I held off though today, gonna bring our 4 year old.. tonight. He swims like a fish and loves to dive to the bottom of the deep end..
Alot of people jog in the water.. I'm so happy to have my lungs back from smoking I love to swim underwater..

Factor it's a health center. It has a large pool for lap swimmers and classes. The classes are all joint care during the day so I don't do those.
There is also a therapy pool and I use it. Part of this pool is 8 foot deep so I use water weights to help me stay up and I can jog in an upright position and still be covered with nice heated water.
