As for juices, I drip some (any brand, DIY or vendor's) as soon as I receive, taste daily, then before I know it (if there's any left ) they have aged nicely and many taste even better a week or more later!

Yep! I have a bottle I just got a few days ago that's steeping and almost half gone!

I always hate writing tests. With multiple sections of the same class, I never can remember how much of each topic was covered.

Of course, after that comes the grading.
