So, what was it that just passed in California? Banning them? Our just regulating where you are allowed to vape?
Both are bad, but an all out ban would be horrible!

This is to basically put ecigs in the SAME category as regular cigarettes. That means: no vaping in public places, beaches, buildings, etc. - well, ... anywhere where cigarettes aren't allowed ... or basically, where there's "life".
We'd have to go outside with the "smokers" to vape (yea, like any of that is going to happen!). I believe it's also for the "regulation" of them (you know what that means).
I'm putting up a video of the hearing ... there were MANY vapers there - the speakers did a fantastic job (proud of them!). The bill passed, but there's still a few steps before it's in effect. I've heard "rumors" they're going to "push this one along pretty fast" - but who knows.
I do know one thing ... I'm going to keep vaping. I always smoked "where you aren't suppose to" ... so why change now??
