Good evening! I hope everyone's weekend is going great
Hi, not sure if I'm posting in the right place so feel free to correct me if I'm not.
I tried to place an order from Vapors-Choice.com earlier this week. Everything was going smoothly until checkout, when I received a message that my credit card was denied. So, I tried a second card, from a different bank and got the same response. I checked with my card companies and everything was good on their end. Needless to say, this caused me a bit of concern! So, I sent a nice message through the contact link on vapors-choice asking for help with the problem. This was Tuesday May 7, 2013 and today is Friday May 10th and I have yet to receive any response at all from vapors-choice.
I would have loved to do business with this company but it really doesn't seem like they care about the customer (perhaps I'm the exception?). Like many vapors, I spend a lot of money on vaping supplies, it is kind of like a hobby for me, trying different atomizers and batteries and mods and juices. I've bought from many companies online but I've never had my card rejected and I've never had my inquiries ignored.
To Attack_Puppy: I've ordered many times from Vapors-Choice over the past year and always get my orders promptly.
On the other hand, I've occasionaly placed orders on other websites where my cards were declined for no apparent reason. (A few times I typed the number incorrectly or the CIV code etc., then the next day when I try again everything goes ok.) So, I am just wondering if you did try a second time to place the order on another day?
Also, it's entirely possible that they are overwhelmed with orders, and it might take a week for a response. The "contact us" link might not be working...
My goodness, it could be a lot of problems with servers or whatnot.
Over the past 16 months that I've been vaping, I've placed dozens and dozens of orders with
many different vendors and there have been several instances where it takes a week for a response. There was only 1 instance, where after a particular vendor didn't respond to 3 different emails and 2 "contact us" inquiries over a periods of several months, that I gave up and went elsewhere.
Please don't assume that in just a 3-day time frame any vendor "really doesn't seem like they care about the customer." As I said, there are many vendors who might be so busy that it could take longer, or god forbid, there was a family emergency and they have more pressing issues or whatever the case may be!
