Evening everyone!
It was a nice day around here, kept looking like storms were brewing one minute, then the sun came out, then back and forth all day lol.
Crazy weather this year! They keep predicting the weather incorrectly as well, so I'm going to stop looking at the weather reports and just go with what I see when I see it

She's had fever all day and sore throat so I got her started on antibiotics hopefully she starts feeling better tomorrow and I'm spraying lysol like crazy so my little guy don't get sick

I am so not a morning person! One of my really good friends is having pretty major spinal surgery today and she asked me to be there for her. Most of my day will be spent sitting by myself in a hospital waiting room I think...

What a great friend you are, Mare. I hope the surgery goes well. Spinal Surgery... Yikes. I hope she has a good surgeon and that she recovers swiftly.

From what I hear he is a great surgeon. This is a relief since it is a 5+ hour surgery. Got an update about 45 minutes ago and everything was going as planned. Glad I put a new book on my kindle last night. I wasn't planning on sitting here by myself for 8-9 hours. I thought the surgery would take maybe an hour or two with another 2 hours prep and recovery.

So tired. but at least my book is good so far...
