I just trimmed toenails of 2 large labrador retrievers, 60 lbs and 75 lbs, lying on the bathroom floor, they kept pulling their footsies AWAY from me, you know how that is.
I am worn out LOL But they did make me laugh pretty hard.
Here;s one of them (as a youngster) with my ex cat (the utility meter reader ran the cat over, yeah, very sad, I was so upset and angry) They have no business driving like that across my property! Boy they drive snail's pace now after I threw a fit.....

here's the other boy: ( when he was a baby, he's about 60 pounds more now as a big boy!)

Yes, I train all my animals to "get along" was NOT an easy task with the CAT(s). I have 2 more cats now LOL The dogs are a lot bigger now, but still scared of the cats LOL when push comes to shove. They know they can get their faces ripped off LOL

That is horrible! I feel so bad for her. I can't imagine how I would deal with something like that.
But they already had bought it, right? You closed already, yes?
Sorry, confused about the walking out part. If she owns it, the only thing she could do would be sell it and move, right?
