Vapors tongue

I remember the first time I got vapors tongue and I freaked out. I couldn't taste any of my juices and I thought something was wrong with me. That was over a year ago but I still feel like sometimes I can't taste my juices. Does this happen to everyone?

Also it's harder for me to taste fruit flavors which is why I like bakery flavors so much.
