Hey! So I got my Silver Bullet about a month ago and it is the pv I've been looking for, it's just awesome! At 3.7 volts with a 1.7 ohm Smoktech single coil carto...awesome. At 6 volts with a 2.5 ohm dual coil carto...awesome. I know, shouldn't stack batteries :danger:, I use the Tenergy Lifepo4s to be a little safer.

Anyway...I want a variable volt mod, I really like the Buzz Pro. But what would be even better is a variable volt Silver Bullet, man I would jump on that in a second! Are there any plans for a VVSB??? :nun:

You sure are a busy guy, Mr Chad. :)

I didn't see any pictures on that site, except for the one that the guy posted the SB. Is that because I'm not logged in/registered there?

Hmm, probably. I logged out to see if I could see them and I could. Oh well, doesn't take long to register lol.

Apparently the person who insisted on purple got his treat . I just HAVE to insist on VV then :) If the SB is not the best mod out there, it most certainly is among the top 3. Two years of daily use , managed to short it 3 times because of faulty connectors , and with AW high drain inside wich means a lot of current , every time the unit has survived, the battery was ok, rebuilt the spring by pulling on it , gave it a nice clean using Cape Cod cloths , and still manages to put out 4.04v under load with LR atty and AW high drain. It's built like a tank. Polished it with 1000 grain sandpaper while it was spinning at 3000 rpm, and so on. I still expect it to function for several more years.
A vv unit built like this would be a dream to have ( it would also save me the pain of making my own VV compatible head ). It would also be a great excuse to get an orange one, wich i had to pass on the regular version, because this one keeps working perfectly.
Keep up the great work !

P.S. : rhodium plated contacts would make me horny, and the cleaning obsolete.

Her treat, but it's a common mistake. This Wolf is female. Looking forward to seeing it in hand. I have my battery charged and my tank all ready.

Wolf just happened to be insisting on something that Chad's wife was also insisting on! You may have to see if Melody has any interest in a VV SB.
