I am also enjoying my new vv altoid box mod, works great!!! And Allan is very helpful!! 
Got mine, great little box, perfect finish and very sturdy, even where the atomizer connection is, very well build quality. That with the callies IMR's this little beast will run for a few days without charging!!
update :14 hours of vaping at 12 Watts, the batteries still read 3.8 Volts each!!! This twin 18650 setup rocks

Have a couple more options now but still using it on a regular basis.
As said above 2 18650's just last forever. I have tried on a few occasions to kill them but have reached that moment of inconvenience for them to run out in the next couple of hours so changed them over. At 48 hours still going strong.
No fuss no frills variable voltage device that just keeps giving.

I want one of these badly. Keeping my eye on the smartvapes site for more stock.
I have to say I think it takes a really talented modder to pull off shoehorning 2-18650's, circuitry, an adjustment wheel, AND a voltmeter inside an Altoids tin.
