ego twist isnt bad for entry level/backup device, however i would go for vvgripper if you are going to buy two or more ego twist because it works out about the same price , it gives better performance and save money for longer term use, cheapest one is about 40 quid plus batteries and chargers on top . batteries and chargers can be re-use on other decives e.g provari, zmax

there are others like provari, zmax, innokin , etc
if budget allows you to do so, go for a provari
my current setup is home : provari , vvgripper
each car has got ego-c plus 1-2 spare battery with usb chargers, main car has innokin on top
travelling i have vvgripper plus some ego-twist for backups
innokin cost 45 ( full set ) , vvgripper 40 , provari 160 ( batteries and charges are extras) but you can reuse them on other devices
you will come across with lavatube also but this device is hit or miss , you can compare this with E.Heskey ( footballer)
if you dont like the shape, you may want to start off with a zmax, it is pretty good also, cost around 62 pounds from ecig store
and when you buy them dont forget to search for a code
i hope these helps
