Dark City Vapor carries them and I'm not sure if it is standard (the other sites don't mention it) but it comes with an ego case.
Does it say PIPER on it? that's the maker of the one I have. USB, 3 different volts. I found the case it came it great.
I dont like it sadly,
but going to keep it as a very cheap backup device as I only currently have a KGO kit; while pondering a VV box mod.
It's a fine simple backup,
but for me, could never be a use-all-day at the computer type device. just my 2cents.

Would I pay $15-20 for another one (with the very nice hard case it came in) ? - yes
would I pay $25 for it? nope

Hi. Got one a little while ago from gotvapes. The center pin was had a problem making contact. So I used an adapter. Then that didn't work - the center pin was pushed down below flush. I returned it gotvapes. They didn't replace it, they gave me a refund (thanks gotvapes). Iliked the concept-wished it had worked. YMMV. Good luck, Art
The one I got a while back is still chugging along. Granted I don't use it heavily, but I seem to be lucky with the center pin holding up. I wrote a review on it a little while back here: Piper eGo Variable Pass-Thru: Impressions
I think GV was working with the factory to resolve the pin issue, hopefully the issues won't become that widespread since it is a decent little pass-through.

$2 gets you USB extension cord, they come in many lengths. White or black color.
