Veco tank leaking?

i just bought the Tarot Nano by Vaperesso. I usually use a Cleito aspire tank but thought I would give the Veco tank that came with it a try. It's a top fill tank, so I filled it with no dripping into the center and waited about 30 min to fire to give it ample time to saturate the cotton and when I fire it, it sounds like just water running and huge blobs of juice come out....

Is this something that will eventually stop or is there something wrong with this tank?
