Vendor Question

Has anyone had any dealings with San Martian vape in Texas? I ordered 2 Rocky tanks from them on Monday July 7th. I payed thru PayPal and everything looked cool. I have checked their site and it always says that the order is processing. Ok I get that part. But I've sent them 2 e-mails the past 2 days and I get no response back. I wanted to know if anyone has ever ordered from them and had a problem. I've dealt with many companies over the past 10 months that I've been vaping and never had a problem with any of them.
I am going to contact PayPal if they don't get back to me by Monday. This is definately not the way to do business!! At least answer your customers back!!!!!

I've never delt with them but had a similar situation happen to me. I finally sent one last email that they were not responding to, saying I was going to dispute their charges. And like magic I got a return email saying they shipped my product. (After a month) the item finally came but I think they were going to keep my money and not ship my item. Only when I threatened them did they finally ship it.

Yea I noted in my email that I was going to contact PayPal if I didn't hear back from them. Well the clock is ticking!!

So, have you tried calling them? They list two phone numbers on their site. And they also have a presence on FB.

I haven't tried to call them. I figured emails to both owners and the admin that at least one would respond. I'm not a part of facebook so that won't do me any good.

Update. Received an email this afternoon concerning my order. Told me that

A): he's going out of business and that was the reason for the delayed response
B): I should get my order by Thursday with some extra's he's throwing in

I look forward to trying the Rocky Atomizer. Thanks for listening to my rant

If it happens in the future, threaten to post on every ecig forum you can find. It worked for me. Got a response almost immediately.
