Anyone Having Problems With Health Cabin?

I had posted another thread on how to get in touch with them, and they still are not returning my emails. The one response (well actually 2 I did get said there was no order placed by me on Nov.26 and they wanted the PayPal invoice #) and after I sent a couple more Emails, I asked dont they ever read their e-mails and they sent it right back to me. So, no choice I started a dispute with PayPal, $237.19 is a lot of money especially this time of year. It makes me double mad because they were Christmas Gifts. They have not responded to Paypal either. I thought they were supposed to have a good reputation!

According to their forum section here, they were relocating and shipping is now back to normal

All is good! HC responded and apologized for the problems and gave me the choice to reorder and they would ship out in 24 hours or refund. I chose refund because they were out of some of the things I wanted to order. The refund was in my account today. Their good reputation came through. Thanks HC

I got a 110 ML bottle of HC Ry4 that tastes like it has motor oil in it, but it came relatively quickly 7 days. I wrote them an email a couple of days ago but have received no response from them. Lesson learned.

Health Cabin has a forum here on ECF and they are really good at responding and getting you some help if need be. They are a great company as far as I have experienced.
