Since the nicotine level has a huge huge effect on flavor, I wondered if any vendors, especially those of flavors people have been raving about lately, adjust their recipes so that 24 mg tastes as close as possible to 0 nic, and everything in between. Or at least equally strong even if a little different.

If they just make a flavor then pick which nic juice to add for strength, they don't have *a* flavor, they have several. Some of which I have found I don't like at all.:(

What is typically the strength for which vendors design their flavors?

I need 24 and 0 in good flavors so I don't get a headache or stomach ache when I need to chain-vape while doing homework, but I caught myself about to order a raved-about flavor in 0 nic, realizing that it is extremely unlikely to be the same flavor at all.

You folks that buy your juice, let me know if this is true?

I mix my own anywhere from 0-48mg and I've never experienced this. Mine tastes the same regardless of nicotine content, just the TH changes. I find the concept fascinating...

I diy also, and do buy some premade juice. I've found the same thing regarding nic level... Mostly!

Same juice, close to same blend (50/50) same amount of flavoring can "taste" different levels. With 0 nic you don't get the "peppery"... I will say taste. More sensation than flavor really. However, imo, this can greatly change my perception of a liqud. Since I mostly vape 12mg now I notice it less than 18mg or higher. Some liquids (menthol, mint, koolada) I can't notice a difference as they mask the sensation anyway. Some liquids, fruity or generally sweeter, I can notice the sensation more.

Ok that was longer winded than I expected! :) at the end of the day, personally this "taste" or "sensation" I notice from the nic level (0-24mg) doesn't make me love or hate any juice. The flavor is good, and I love it, or the flavor just doesn't do it for me!

I vape sweetish tobacco flavors (555 especially) and there is a HUGE difference in smell and taste between 0 nic and 24.
