A lot of the "good" vendors having certified clean rooms in which they produce their liquids, as opposed to some rando just mixing liquids wherever (bad B&Ms also do this). Also, a lot of vendors make their own extracts (NETs, vanilla etc.)
I understand that they have rooms dedicated and are much more like labs, but wouldn't they use the same percentages like we do? I mean, say X% of this to X size of bottle. I know that there are different nics out there and different vendors of PG/VG, but at least us as DIYers can get close. I haven't been able to come even remotely close on any juice I make and I follow recipes.
Give 10 Chefs the same recipe and same ingredients. You get 10 DIFFERENT dishes. DIY is pretty much the same.
I doubt there are many Vendors giving out their recipes. Sure they may sell the extracts they use, like NET.com or MVJ. I know Clay at Net.com will tell you the ingredients he uses to make a juice if you ask him. But knowing the ingredients is often not enough info to duplicate a recipe.
Yep they know the secret ingredients and the proper order and methods for assembling the recipes. You want a commercial juice BUY IT. If you want your personal variation of the juice DIY it. If you get lucky, you might achieve an actual clone, but don't bet on that.
I get my mix from rts capes. Its 48mg/l strength. I use a paradigm magma a try to test with. Tbh, I wouldn't know how to adjust percentages in diy. I have a question on the sub heading diy here. Its under testing flavors.
