So I bought a back of Pall Mall blues tonight. Haven't smoked a cigarette for about 2 weeks. But I ran out of cartridges BECAUSE the Vapor4life prefilled cartridges I ordered....ALL ended up being duds. Not even producing vapor and 2 of them you couldn't even suck through!

I was also counting on my joyetech E-grip to show up in the mail today but NOPE...even though it was scheduled for delivery today....somehow it is stuck in Jacksonville, Florida! Arrghh....

So eventually the cigarettes came calling and not having anything to vape got the best of me.

Couple things I realized though by smoking cigarettes again.....

- Cigarettes take your breath away. Midway smoking a cigarette...I could barely breath and had it throw it away.

- Cigarettes are disgusting....Definitely miss my Vanilla vapor flavor!

- Cigarettes makes your mouth ALOT more dry than vapor....That may be the worst for me.

I cannot wait to get my E-grip...

resist the urge no matter what ! the last time i had a cigarette it was pure nasty
i was without a vape for one or two days and i thought about lighting one up but i didn't !
i promised myself to not smoke again and eventually stop vaping too

let me tell you, that one day i didn't vape... i felt normal again... my lungs breathed fresh air every time... it felt good
i had zero urges to smoke a cigarette or even use my mechanical

I vape and have been for a while, every so often I have an analog. When I do I am like YIPPEE! I still love my ol Marlboro Reds. I did not find them nasty when I was smoking 2 packs a day, I don't find them nasty now. What I do find nasty is 1.) How much they cost 2.) How bad they are for you 3.)goes with 2 (that damn morning cough). Just keeping it real folks. :)

BTW I have REALLY good eq and juice... Just saying before someone tries to school me :)

if they ALL seemed to be duds, maybe it was actually an electrical contact problem

anyway, bottom line: backups.

Fairly certain that NIC has a shelf life that is not years my friend. Lets just hope they don't ban everything!

That depends on how you store it. Sealed in glass bottles in the freezer, there is no reason why it can't last for many years. Generally speaking as long as it's suspended in PG, stored in air tight glass bottles, and kept in a dark cool place it has a shelf life of around 2 years. The less air and heat it's exposed to the longer it will last.

All states have main sorting facilities, or hubs, that are used to sort mail towards the proper city/town and this is usually where mail will delay due to the mass volumes of mail being handled at these large facilities. Florida, may have more mail traffic than many states. Another votex that I have noticed is in NYC.......... I have had mail delayed at their sorting hub for over a week.

And Flushing, NY -- I swear I think they really do flush it!

Don't sweat it, I have three working mods but am staring at a pack of smokes I bought day before yesterday. For the dumbest reason to boot. I stopped at a corner store to buy a bottle of water and they had a no debit purchases under $3 rule so go figure standing at the counter I let the old habit take over and blurted out,"Marlboro Blue Shorts."

But this is only my 2nd pack in almost a year so I am still winning the race, and carrying water cash on me now. You live, you learn. Once you get your gear I'm pretty sure you'll be back on the "no stinkies train".
That is the most creative reason I've heard for buying a pack of smokes. Unfortunately you should win some sort of award

There is a member here with user id Kurt, a chemist, who recently said he has 6 year old nic in his freezer that has not degraded at all. The shelf life may be better than internet rumors suggest. There is hope for us.

Storing things at lower temperatures will slow down the sub atomic activity and cause most substances to last longer.... I am hoping that nicotine is one of them. I love my nic (in low doses )

Man I thought this was going to be out of batteries...

...anyway I tried the odd stinky here and there. Last one must have been several months ago and I couldn't even smoke a quarter of it. Afterwards I had to wash my hands, change my clothes and 20 minutes later I was hoping into the shower because the smell was just driving me nuts...

...I now understand how much it annoyed the wife.

Well, he (Kurt) saw no degradation in the nic concentration after 6 years and I am pretty sure he titrated it and I know he knows what he's doing. So let's say after 10 years, the 100mg concentration degrades to 50mg. Just for argument sake. And let's say by then you are vaping 3mg or less ( and you may be doing that now- I am). It's still good nic. And even if it's a little harsh, at 3mg I know I don't even really notice the nic. Harsh or not. So I think it has a very long EFFECTIVE shelf life. In a world where you are the only one that has any nic left, that nic will taste quite good :)

    That's my vision of 2025.
