Venturing in to organic e juice! Need advice!!

We'll hello everyone!
ive been mixing my own juice for quite some time now and have really gotten the hang of it, but now I'm thinking of changing some things. Due to personal health reasons I am trying to minimize chemicals in my life and would really like to start using organic ejuice.
Ive poked my nose around a bit but it seems like the best deals I can find on pre made organic juice is about $20 for 30ml, which is way more than I've paid for a long time. I understand that organic is almost always more expensive but I'd rather figure out the ins and outs of organic diy than pay an arm and a leg.
So my questions are,

what are some good vendors for organic nic, organic vg and organic flavoring?

Will I notice a big loss of throat hit without pg? (I usually use 18-24mg nic) and do you guys use alcohol to compensate?

does liquid this thick wick well In basic clearomizers? Or do you guys thin it out with water?

any other tips or advice to get me on the right track would be awesome!

I make my juice 100% VG using Nature's Flavor organic flavoring. I get them from e-cig express. I do dilute my VG Nic base with 7% distilled water and 7% saline. You should still get a throat hit with 18-24mg nic. If you are going to use 100% VG lots of steeping and shaking are needed to let the flavors meld together.
