I bought a Veritas "clone" made in USA. Seemed like a good deal. The trick is that the original Veritas comes with a special tip designed to supposedly enhance the air-flow design of the chamber. It has a split, side hole design on the bottom. But the clone comes with a standard looking Stainless drip tip. I would like to find a deal on the tip it is designed with. I found them at West Coast vape Supply, "Kryptonite 454 Drip Tip" 14.99. but I would like to avoid paying as much for the tip as I did for the rda. (I know...It's what happens when you buy a clone...I know). 
) The 454 is the only RDA (I know of) with unique tip as you describe.
