I placed my first order with MFS last week. I ordered 10 Joye 510 regular atomizers and 5 eGo Mega atomizers. I got the order on Wednesday, but I got 5 Joye 510 Mega attys instead of the eGo Mega attys. I emailed Pat and got a response that same evening. Pat worked his .... off to make this right and on Friday, he put another package in the mail. I received the eGo Mega attys tonight! There was also a little note on my invoice apologizing for the mix up.
This is what customer service is all about, and I'm incredibly happy! Pat just won me over with his quick responses and effort to correct my order. We all make mistakes. I think it's just rare these days to do business with someone who will not only admit to the mistake, but go out of his/her way to make it right.
I will be placing more orders with MFS and adding the site to my Preferred Vendors folder. Thank you, Pat!
