Very Impressed with Vaping Zone's Customer Service

I love e cigs (bought the first at a Flea mkt in daytona) and have bought others from vaping zone since; not only for myself but for friends. I feel secure with vaping Zone as my supplier for all my vaping Needs.

Their shipping is quick and customer service superb! even provided me a bottle of a flavor I hadn't tried, to try out.
Impressive!

I've had two instances in which I contacted Vaping Zone, after purchasing items from them, simply letting them know something I encountered and they went above and beyond their obligation to make my experience a positive one.

Welcome to the forum! There are alot of great vendors out there. With multiple purchases from quite a few, I"ve yet to encounter a "stinker".

Most e-cig vendors are just wonderful, they do go above and beyond when it comes to customers service!

Some time ago, I wrote a poem about their Super Concentrate Blackberry Flavor (which is my favorite) and somehow, they found out about it and sent me a free bottle with a nice note. They are a class act all the way in my book.

I will have to agree. VZ is a top notch vendor and I have yet to have been disappointed. I have also used many of their super concentrated flavors and don't think I have found one that I haven't enjoyed.
