VERY low nicotine juice suppliers?

Right now I'm diluting my 6mg stuff with 0mg to come in at about 3-4mg. I'm thinking of doing the DIY thing but not sure I'm ready for the hassle.

I'm looking for a supplier that might provide very low nic juice (~3mg) or would custom fill low nic orders. Can you point me at one/some?

I do the exact same thing. Let me know what you discover. I mix(ed) ECOPure 0mg with ECOPure Rich 6mg, 50/50.
