Very new and my first post

First off....HELLO!

I am brand new to the whole e cig thing and please forgive me if this has already been asked.

I did use the search function but I didnt find what I was looking for. I bought a njoy npro kit. It was the first time I had ever seen an e cig. I was stoked to see there might be a real great way to not have to buy cigs anymore and avoid long term health issues.

The clerk was quite the salesman on these things. Telling me how long a cartridge would last and that a 10 pack of cartridges equated to a carton of cigarettes. I bought it hook line and sinker...which is very unusual for me since I am usually a sceptic.

I bought it...charged it and inserted a filter. I was so impressed...whow...finally. Then shortly after that reality set in. I puffed on and off of this thing for about an hour.......then...no more vapor. I looked at the manual and it said a cartridge would last about 1/2 a pack. Well....an my best day on analogs...I could not smoke 10 in an hour. I was ....... This was suppose to be easier and cheaper than smokes.

I put another cartridge on and the same thing....I would say about the equivalent of 4 to 6 regular smokes.

Can I refill these things.....is this a common problem with the njoy? I desperately want this to work. Should I look into something different. It worked awesome for the little time it did work...but shouldn't it last a bit longer?

Again..if this has been covered I apologize....but any help would be great.

Yes, you can refill them. You can just "top" them off by dropping some e-juice into the cart. For better results, unbend a paperclip and slide it inside the cart so the juice will flow down the side of the paperclip. When the filler no longer wicks (meaning you don't get any vapor even after refilling, try of the filler replacements. I had the same experience you had. I thought I have to buy the cartridges and they just didn't last. I finally found this forum and learned everything I needed. I did quit using the Nipro so I can't complain. There is wealth of information on this forum so start reading and you will find everything you need to know. I also would get a mouth full of liquid with the Nipro. I am now using the 510 and have ordered a Chuck. The majority of forum members recommend these.

There are lots of places to get Juice. I got 15 bottles from eLiquidPlanet. So far I'm very happy with my purchase. The liquids seem to be of very nice quality, the flavor is wonderful, the vapor is just fine and the bottles, while not glass, are high-grade plastic with child-proof (yet easy to open) tops.

Good stuff in my opinion.

I started with the Njoy too, and quickly (in two days) got a 510 in my hands....it gives consistent Vapor and the cart is easy to refill. About a week later I got a Janty Stick.

For the time being, you just need some juice, and can even learn on this forum how to make your own. But don't expect the Njoy to work real well, sometimes you'll get vapor but often you won't. But don't get too frustrated, you're in for a wonderful surprise when you find out about all those other e-cigs that work well! Congratulations on making the great decision to vape instead of smoke!

There are a lot of suppliers that have juice. Try to find some that have samples that you can try. Nhaler has them, Johnson Creek, Dawn at ecigsmokestore, my freedom smokes, and others. This way you can try a small amount to see what you like before buying a big bottle. Will save you some money in the long run so you don't buy a big bottle of something you don't like!
