:confused:I got my e-cig yesterday and started using it. I cut down how many real smokes I had and used the e-cig instead. But this morning I woke up with a sore throat. Ofcourse I am blaming the e-cig for this. Am I smoking it too much? Maybe I am doing it wrong. Or is this completely normal when first starting? I feel like giving up but I don't know what else to do to help me quit smoking.

What level of nicotine are you using? I started with 36mg by mistake and it was almost so strong that I couldn't take it because it KILLED my throat and made me cough.. Try lowering the nic a little if you feel that it may be too high. But, there is a learning curve. Keep at it and by day 3 or 4 if you haven't grown used to it yet, you may need to try a higher VG (vegetable glycerin) content. Propylene Glycol (PG) gives a much stronger throat hit. Alot of people find a good ratio of around 30% VG / 70% PG.

I've found that you almost (ALMOST) can't buy your hardware and juice from the same vendor and be satisfied with both. Seems to be a big downfall for most. :/ There is one exception though, vapor4life has pretty decent juice and their batts are OK, but their cartos are probably one of the best you can get. They supply KR808D-1 stuff, which is probably the second most popular model of e-cig users (510 is most likely #1) and the combo of their stuff together is just awesome.
