Very odd or unique flavors?

I'm in pretty much the same boat, I seem to like more of the odd flavors. I plan on DIYing some myself. Some flavors I'm interested in are Jasmine Tea, Rose tobacco, Gin/Tonic or Gin/Limeade, Pumpkin Pie and one I've seen a member talk about being his ADV Peanut Butter/Bacon. I know you said no tobaccos but have you tried W2V's Blondie? It's extracted from Acid Blondie cigars and is very good and different. I did an extract of an Acid Earthiness cigar and its awesome too. I also did one with Celestial Seasoning's Tension Tamer Tea. It's very tasty and I make it at lower nic to vape at night. AVE's PG Chai is tasty and different. Some other flavors I'm curious about would be Cilantro, Fennel and a few other spices.

Really liking Earl Grey Tea from Wizard Labs, it's scent is spot on, the first scent I pick up is the Bergamot, with a tea underbase. I'm vaping it with a couple extra drops of sweetener. I really like it.
