So iv had my vamo for almost a year now ans its having its first issue. Its firing way to hott?? Iv narrowed the problem down to being the vamo I have swapped out the protank with another protank and tried both protanks on my sigelei zmax v3.

The vamo when set all they was down to 3 watts is firing as if it was on 12 - 15 watts. On 3 watts I should be getting almost no vapor and a very cold draw as confirmed on my sigelei but on the vamo at 3 watts I get a ton of vapor and its a very warm vape even out of a protank and a burnt juice taste as if it was actually firing at 15 watts.

What could be causing this??

Im using stacked 18350s iv been using stacked sense day 1 so I dont think its battery related

I feel like its a board issue, it must be? Idk. Is the vamo toast? Lol id rather fix it if possible.

Try it in shorty mode with one 18350 or long mode with one 18650 and see if you get the same behavior I have read stacked mode can be iffy.

Don't give up hope yet LOL! Get a multi meter in the AM, and start checking stuff. Batteries can do strange stuff in the blink of an eye, and the meter never lies. When you get it, check the voltage of each of your batteries, check the out put of the device, then you have some solid information to work with.

Thats what im going to have to do, ill post my findings and see if anyone can shed some more light with the information. Ill try running it in different battery configs. Ill post the numbers from my sigelei also they run off the same board so they "should" be putting out the same numbers. So it will work as a good control.
