Very thin juice?

That is just another reason to DIY mix. Then you always know what you are getting because you mixed it yourself 8) Then if the flavor is not strong enough, just add a few more drops. BOOM perfect.
Yep same problem, thought i had my purrfect vape with a sample- got a 30 mil- not even close. Might try the "letting it age" method (why can't it age a little on the suppliers shelf before it goes out?) DIY does help -just the problem of no one to blame when it does not come together!
Yeah tried "steeping" didn't help...still like water.make ya wonder if isn't water...Sad they would have had a very loyal customer!
If that happened to me, I would definitely contact the person/vendor you purchased the juice from. I never had that happen, but if I did, I'd complain.
Thanks,I sent an email this morning..Hopefully they are a stand up company and make it right.
Just got an email and to my surprise they are making good on my juice and sending me a replacement....great to know that there are still stand up people in this world!
In my limited experience with these suppliers, they all seem to be pretty stand up. I would bet the majority of the smaller vendors are running their businesses out of a spare room or garage. In my extensive internet experience, people like that are actually better at making good than the larger companies. Mostly because they are people just like us, and word of mouth in small online businesses will definitely make you or break you.
