Ok... anyone following what's been going on in the threads knows the background. Orders placed, no stock, no shipping, yada yada.

Here's the final straw for me...

After Jeff twice said he'd give refunds, and Ludo comes on here and says the same thing...

Two days ago I requested a refund using the specific email address that Jeff said was the one to contact him at. Today, I get a shipping notice. WHAT THE ....? You said I could get a refund, and I asked for it. TWO DAYS AGO.

I DON'T WANT THE DAMN SHIPMENT ANY MORE. I already ordered from a different source. Don't you GET it? Or are you STILL not reading emails?

I'm normally a very patient person. This just takes the cake. I want my ......n $52.80. You've had it for a couple of weeks, and I don't want you to have it for another month while I wait for you to acknowledge it's return. I've given my business to someone who deserves it more.

It's been sent USPS. It'll just be left in my mailbox. My point was now if I take it to the Post Office to be sent back, it'll probably be months before I ever see a resolution.

After Jeff PM'd me twice saying I could have a refund, and Ludo comes on and says anyone who wants a refund will get one, I find it to be a slap in the face that they ignore the refund request and send out a shipment anyway.

Obviously some confusion going on here. Ssssshhhh give him a break man I am sure he is doing what he can. I am not thrilled either but stuff happens beyond our control and everyone has to deal with it. Just the way it is, now take a deep breath and put it in it's proper perspective and everything will work out in due time. I mean over the past couple of days we have all beat the s**t out this guy and I think he is due some extra room at this point. I may have the same response as you in another week for I have been waiting since 3-2-09.

When you get the package, do not open it, write on it : RETURN TO SENDER".

And leave it in your mailbox, the mailman will pick it up.

I'm sure you do not have wait months for a refund.
I also think it was a misunderstanding.
Ludo has no control over what Jeff is doing.

Jeff has been working day and night to get the packages shipped to us.
I know because my conformation came at 4:30 in the morning.

I thought there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Turns out it's just on-coming headlights.

At least you've gotten confirmation from Janty that they'll honor your refund request.... I asked for a refund a week ago, and my order still says processing in their website....

I've since gone to Parked's store.

That's the problem... they said they'd give me a refund, then two days later sent the order instead. I ordered from Parked, also... that's why I don't want this shipment anymore. They promise refunds, and then duck their way out of giving them.

dude i think you should give the guy a small break, i mean his product works great atomisers run out a little quick but the overall package works great that is for the janty stick,

yes he needs to get on top of this but ranting and raving over 52$ dollars is a little childish, make a not and start a thread to see how many people have had a problem.

if he has too many problems they will stop production for everyone so they can clean it all up.

I'll help. See, hayabusaxps is a brand new account with one post. That's the account that brought this thread back from the grave. What's likely is that account was created by a Janty competitor. A very very old forum technique on commerce boards. Find a very old thread where someone is complaining loudly about one of your competitors, resurrect the thread because most people aren't paying attention to timestamps.

Usually, the tradition is to check your forum web server logs, match IP addresses, and quickly determine who it was that did the slimy thing, then out them publicly. So everyone knows who the slimeball is that did it. I'd like to cast my vote for this.

No, that's par for course. It's supposed to lend credence to the claims asserted. Just assume it's one of hundreds.

What I find more hilarious is someone reviving these ancient forum trolling techniques that me and my friends came up with in the early 90's, expecting them to work on such a broad demographic completely packed with older, more net-savvy people. It feels like something someone younger would think was a good idea.
