After Jeff twice said he'd give refunds, and Ludo comes on here and says the same thing...
Two days ago I requested a refund using the specific email address that Jeff said was the one to contact him at. Today, I get a shipping notice. WHAT THE ....? You said I could get a refund, and I asked for it. TWO DAYS AGO.
I DON'T WANT THE DAMN SHIPMENT ANY MORE. I already ordered from a different source. Don't you GET it? Or are you STILL not reading emails?
I'm normally a very patient person. This just takes the cake. I want my ......n $52.80. You've had it for a couple of weeks, and I don't want you to have it for another month while I wait for you to acknowledge it's return. I've given my business to someone who deserves it more.
