vg allergy, tank or ejuice problems?

So im about 2 months into vaping..started on 50 50 pg and vg and found out I had a pg allergy..cause nose bleeds off one hit..dried me up in chest and mouth even when hydrated..switched to 100 vg and problems calmed down...now after a while of vaping in a day my throat geta really dry and then the next day ill have a sore throat..almost a feeling if my throat is infected..I do stay hydrated and problems still continue..im wondering if im too sensitive to vape or if its my juice or even tank..im using 100 vg..started 12 nic now im at 6..using kanger td3 tank akd vision spinner 2.triwd juices like blueberry watermelon and french vanilla cappuccino from local vape shop and blackberry marshmallow from virgin vapes. . Breathed and steeped all. Help please!!

If you have a true pg allergy you could be having a reaction to the flavoring. most flavorings are pg based. They usually make up 20 to 30% of the juice so unless the manufacturer uses vG based flavoring you are still getting pg in your 100 VG juice. Try using 100 VG unflavoured and see if your symptoms go away.

This! That's what I was thinking. However, I have a friend who has similar issues but it had nothing to do with PG, flavors or anything related to vaping but an underlying health issue.

Another thing is that the nicotine always has a base... if you're at 100% PG base with the nicotine, I suppose that could affect it just as much as the PG in the flavoring.

As for the dry throat issue. If you thin out a high content VG juice with distilled water or vodka, you can maybe try replacing some of the water/vodka with some saline. That might help. Just don't go crazy with it or else you'll have a pretty salty vape.
