I don't know if this is the proper place for this thread, excuse me if it isn't but I need help so badly. I'm eleven weeks vaping. From day one I had problems, dreadful nausea and lifeless, so I eliminated PG and there was a great improvement. Now I'm using Virgin Vapor 100% Best damn tobacco 12mg nicotine.

I'm suffering terrible with horrendous gas, my head gets so dizzy and I have no energy. I went to my Dr. who gave me medication but this is only short term. I dont want to quit vaping and I certainly don't want to go back smoking. Has anyone experience on this. I dont know how long more I can do this as it is affecting my work and life

You'll have much better luck over here. Hopefully a mod can move the thread for you.

Are you getting dizzy immediately after or during vaping? What kind of equipment are you using?

I'm getting dizzy immediately but I feel unwell constantly. I'm using an istick 30w with a subtank mini set at 12.7. ( I got these hoping it would help)I drink plenty of fluids. My diets the same so I cant blame that. I only inhale 2 puffs every few hours, just to take satisfy my craving for a cigarette.

How long did you smoke? Not feeling good is an unfortunate byproduct after you quit smoking. Your body and mind have gotten used to and are dependent on the laundry list of chemicals you were inhaling. Everyone reacts differently but most people start feeling better after their body gets used to this massive adjustment.

What resistance on the the atomizer heads? An immediate thing you could try is reducing the nicotine level to 6mg or 3mg and see if that makes a difference. You will usually need less nicotine with subtanks and RDAs as they deliver a stronger hit. Too much nicotine will make you dizzy.

Has this been going on the whole time you've been vaping? Have you quit cigarettes, or are you using both? Or has this just started recently?

If it's been going on the whole time and you've been off cigarettes, I'd think you're recovering from quitting smoking.

If it's been going on the whole time and you are using both, you might be getting too much nicotine. What mg is your juice?

If it's just started, then I doubt it's related to vaping, and something else is going on.

Your symptoms don't sound as though they are allergic reaction in nature.

Just my thoughts.

1 Are you sure it was the PG causing the problem originally? If you started with a pg/vg mix that is.
2 Try reducing the nicotine. Vapor efficiency greatly affects Nicotine dosage. It is possible to get a higher dosage PER HIT from low mg/ml juice.
3 Have you tried different flavors? Some people are sensitive to flavorings.

Since you dropped the PG, it could be the VG. Or flavoring, but I assume you've vaped more than 1 flavor since you started and still had problems? I know Vir Vapor uses a lot of ethyol alcohol in some mixes. That makes me feel pretty ill.

I think it would be hard to get "nic sick" off that little vaping to be honest. But you've been sick for 3 months which is a long time. So you may want to drasticallly drop the nic.

YOu could certainly buy the lowest % nic gum or lozenges or patch and just vape straight VG for a few days and see what happens. That should tell you something. At least you won't have a nic fit.

I personally don't recommend sub ohm vaping to beginners. But you can certainly try to cut your 12% by more than half, just get some VG from walmart and cut it.
