so ive been happily going through a 100mil bottle of bobas and im now down to the end of it. last night i decided to slot a new carto and fill up my tank again to get ready for work and as soon as i primed the carto, filled the tank and loaded up some bobas i noticed how thin the bobas was in the tank. it also doesnt hit well either, seems to take a lot of voltage to produce any vapor. im wondering if this is a by product of it sitting around or what exactly is the deal here? its almost unvapable, i cant even use it with my vivi nova right now it just ends up burning the wick and giving me this nasty taste in my mouth.

Yes It is 100% VG but it will still separate. There's the nic and the flavoring. Here's a post with pics. I know when I use a heavy VG mix if I let it stand it will separate. Putting it in smaller bottles allows easier shaking/ mixing. The only other suggestion I can offer is to run hot tap water over it and then shake it BUT you may change the chemistry of it.

bobas is 100% vg. and i do shake it up pretty good before each fill. i will try putting it in smaller bottles when my new 100mil comes in later this week. the juice actually seems to be a bit thicker after sitting in the tank overnight for some odd reason.

I never thought of that. Yes I try and keep as much air as possible out of my bottles. Though I still haven't figured out an easy way yet

it may have just been the humidity in the air ...
or in the air in the BIG empty bottle ...vg pulls water to itself ????
IDK  I use 100% vg & the viscosity does seem thinner & thicker some days ....

There probably isn't a way, short of just transferring to smaller bottles as you go .
I have given it up  I use the bottles w/the lure lock needle tops on my favorites & they are never really close-able .
