All of you are very fortunate to have wildlife around. Here in the suburbs of L.A. all we have are pigeons and rats(both 2 and 4 legged versions).

Yes I have always had a wood stove . I have another wood shed just like the one in the video full of wood. Here is a pick of a red headed wood pecker he is rather large. When hes hammering a tree it sounds like a mini jack hammer . That bear is cool. I've never seen one in the wild. But there has been a pretty large wood pecker pecking at the Metal GUTTER on my house every morning the last couple of weeks. Talk about loud - sounds like bursts from a small caliber automatic weapon. I've tried to photo him but he dips out before I can click a pic

That is actually a Pileated Woodpecker. We have them here too.
Rob, how bout a video tour of that badass compound you got there, including some footage of the actual modshack, the rest of the wood piles, that Bota, and any other manly toys you feel like showing us ! I'm guessing there's at least 1 snowmobile (or perhaps a snowcat) and some other toys / neccessities that living in such a remote location allows
