VG/PG for sub-ohming

Hey all.

I have an Aspire Triton (0.4) and a smok VCT (0.4), and I currently use 100% VG juice.
Do you think 30PG/70VG w/ 3mg nicotine will be okay on the throat? I'm hoping more PG will add more flavor.

What if you tried a 50/50 blend first ?

I tried a 50/50 blend before and I felt like my throat was gonna be ripped out. Maybe a bad juice though..

I sub-ohm 80/20 and my throat is just fine. If you had problems with 50/50, you most likely got into a bad batch of juice.

One was sweet orange, the other was strawberry menthol.

Well the ripe your throat out at 50/50 sounds like garbage nic to me unless the wattage was to high, those flavors are finicky to a certain wattage.

I've noticed flavors such as peanut butter and marshmallow are much easier to vape, but the taste is feint. I can really smell it on the exhale though.

It's probably the diacetyl...

Well 100 VG does mute the flavors a little.you could try 30/70 it might be perfect for you ......

You are pre soaking the coils with juice before you install them right ?
