Just got into diy and making some decent juices however they are really thick cause I'm using VG base and VG nic and juice flavor I think is PG. I'm planning on thinning it with distilled water because I dont like the idea of using alcohal or PG. So what I'm getting at is what percentage of water would be ideal for wicking on a genesis style atomizer. I used 3% on my earlier juices and it didnt seem like enough and I would just like to know what others are doing for thinner on all VG juices.

I use unflavored VG and vape cartos just fine with 5% distilled water added to the mix. If the juice is cold I may have to shake the juice down (thermometer style) when filling a new carto for the first time. Subsequent refills are no problem.

Actually, the total distilled water figure should be something like 5.5 to 5.3%. Glycerine USP is the finest grade available (pharmaceutical grade) and it is not 100% glycerin. It's at least 99.5% glycerine. The .5% or less is water.
