Help me out here. Maybe I'm not understading something. Other than wanting to see more vapor and have less throat hit which most people seem to like big throat hit. What is the point of VG? PG has more taste, more TH, & is thinner and can be used in more devices. PG just seems the better carrier!

I'm just starting to go nuts ordering flavors and spending a lot of money and I'm thinking I'm not understanding the full benefits of VG. Just don't want to have a v8 moment where I wack myself on the head later when I have tons of ejuice and think I could of added more VG.

I'm thinking that vapor "smoke" can be part of the psychological addiction. It was part of the cigarette
smoking experience and for some, may carry over to the vaping experience.

My thought exactly, love to lie back and watch the vapor drift, kinda zen like. I use a 60pg/40vg mix, seems to give me most of the best of both worlds.

For me, VG gives the vape a fuller mouth-feel. I like the way the thicker vapor feels on the inhale/exhale. I vape 50/50 as a balance between throat hit and mouth-feel of the vapor. I've never really noticed a significant drop in flavor due to increased VG %... if a juice doesn't have flavor, upping the PG % won't save it.

It took a few months for me to realize that PG was responsible for really, really bad and even painful acne. I know many people have reactions that are far worse.

As an added bonus, I also enjoy the luxurious vapor from VG, and I drip into atties which has better flavor than cartos anyway, so there's no issue. I just wish more vendors had 100% VG as an option, as I miss some of the juices I had before I discovered my PG sensitivity.

It's dark juices that kill a carto. As long as they are clear or clear/yellow I can use them VG my cartos with little or no consequence. Yesterday, I decided to use up some juices that I had not been impressed with at 3.4v. I filled up a relatively new carto with Caramel Tobacco. It's a really dark juice that barely shows light when held up a bright source. It was great at 3.9v for a couple of topoffs, then began to swell the carto filler and close off the air tube.

I tossed the carto after using a paper clip in an attempt to reopen the air tube. Drawing got to the point where my cheeks were drawn inward and it got the trash can! PG and clear with no or just a little VG is my juice spec for cartos. Dark stuff is only good with a dripper tip. I get clouds of vapor with 100%PG at 4.2v - 4.4v in a 3 ohm carto. You just have to up the voltage a bit.

Whats the point? Much better for you......100% VG is all I vape...... If you are worried about TH try a higher nicotine level...
I was using 36mg but after 2+ years I switched to 30mg.. Great TH that is still smooth as slik.......... I dont use flavors, why you ask? Well I didnt smoke flavored cigarettes did I? I want my vape to be as pure as possible, its the nicotine Im after...
100% VG 30mg unflavored = clean vape............

I started vaping using a 50/50 mix. Like you have Im sure, i heard all the "greats" of PG - more throat hit, better flavor carrier, easier on cartos, etc etc etc. Out of "experiment" I tried a DIY VG mix - and wow!!! No more coughing like i was on PG, Throat hit (if you want it - i didnt) can be obtained with PGA (pure grain alcohol), I had no more drying out of my skin, my lips werent chapped anymnore (the PG did this to them like crazy) and I quit drinking 2 gallons of water a day from dehydration!!! VG to me tastes MUCH BETTER too - if you like "sweeter" youll like vg. As far as flavoring - I dont know, I do all my own mixes and I Love flavor so I custom make my mixes and they have TONS of flavor - much more than Ive ever got from a vendor (IMO anyhow). Before you spend alot, try VG -- I think its awesome!!!!
