Briefly describe your problem or issue
The order was not completed only part of the order was shipped and after contacting them via there contact page (which is the only way you can contact them because there is no email address given anywhere) never received any follow up. I simple asked to have the rest of the order shipped or credit my account but have still not received any follow up from them. After waiting a week of no response I tried contacting them again with no response that is when I decided to post this.
