I ordered an Ego kit from them yesterday at about 12:45 EST, and received a notice that it shipped at 4:45 EST. Now *that* is service. I'm already a huge fan, and I haven't even gotten my shipment yet, LOL.

Vicky, that kind of shipping turnaround is FANTASTIC. Keep up the good work!

Definitely a great supplier. I made an order early this week, and got an error when attempting to check out which indicated the transaction didn't work. I did it again and it went through. A little bit later got an email from Vicki telling me it was double charged, and she had already credited it back. I wouldn't have even known that had happened for a while, so that was great. The orders I've made with them have all shipped the day I made them and arrived 2-3 days later. Highly recommend Cignot!

Got my order Friday before I left for a weekend camping trip, and spent the weekend playing with my new Ego!! I forgot to grab my juice syringe though, which ticked me off. Coulda been loading juice into the mega carts Vicky sent me!! Sitting down, back home now, to load up carts, right after I make sure I know what the heck I'm doing......

I haven't ordered a bunch from them -- I tend to stick to vendors a little bit closer to me geographically just because the USPS is often the limiting factor -- but I still echo the sentiments from the OP. My couple of orders have been filled fast and "filled with a smile," so to say.

More importantly, a big THANK YOU to them for providing me with the kit that finally kicked the nasty old analog habit -- my 510 nobox order from cignot was the beginning of my foray into vaping.

Just ordered my Joye 510 PCC kit this morning already been shipped, plus she is quick to respond to questions, best customer service I've gotten so far. Hopefully, maybe get some of those E2 R4 cartos, then I wouldn't need to go anywhere else.

I whole heartedly agree that Vicki and Cignot rock! It's only been just under a month since my first order from Cignot and every order has been handled promptly and with a degree of personalization that impress me. In one of my latest orders I asked for extra cignot business cards I've been that impressed. I've handed a number of them out and in some cases even written down suggestions for people ie: 510 no box kit, ect... I've even messed up a couple of orders where I was shopping for my father and I'd place the order then he'd notice something else he had to have so I'd put in a second order. Each time I realized what I'd done and asked if Vicki could combine the shipping for them and she handled it graciously and promptly. I'm across the country from cignot and each order has reached me on average in 4 days no matter how late in the evening I placed the initial order, it's always shipped the next day.

My only small complaint has been that I was looking for a phone number on the site and couldn't find one. I was preparing one of the business cards for a friend of my dads who in her words "doesn't do computer stuff". I can get around that and do the ordering for her if needed though so I don't think it's a huge issue.

All in all I give Cignot an unreserved 5 stars and will continue to hand out their business cards to anyone I know interested in ecigs.
