I had an eGo Passthru go bad on me and I emailed her last night ( a bit late ). I got an email this morning around 5:20 am apologizing for the inconvenience and told me she was sending a new one right out. Vicky, I understand things sometimes just go bad so there is no need to apologize
I got another email around 8:00 saying a replacement had already been shipped. Now That's Service.
I still don't believe this girl ever sleeps.
