Highlander Dual coils meets big brother.

Here’s advance coil build that manos and I played with this past week. I was waiting on 36 gauge wire to do this video. Highlander is a dual coil setup using two separate single coils. Big brothers is going to have 2 resistance wires on each single coil 34/36 gauge .16mm/.13mm twisted together to make one coil. This setup allows us to have more loops with the wick while keeping it at low resistance to use one battery. AW IMR 3.7 volts fully charges reads 4.2 volts This will bring us at 25 watts.

The vape is magical and the flavor and taste will leave you wanting more. Thanks Manos.

To do this you will need the following:

Multi meter, to measure ohms
Plier or tweezers to twist wires
Scissor or nail clipper to cut wick
AW IMR battery 3.7v 18650
Juice pick your favorite
Resistance wires Nichrome or Kanthal 34/36 gauge .16mm/.13mm
Nonresistance wire Nickel recommended

Please do not do this if you don’t have any of the items listed or don’t know how to use a multimeter.

In order to do this build you must already know how to do the highlander build. It requires a minor learning curve but the benefits will surely AMAZE you and stagger your vaping performance.

Any questions feel free to pm on ECF forums or email me.
Thanks to manos we have another magnificent coil build that is coming up soon.

Also we have another coil build that a member pm me about which will be tested.
Keep the requests coming I’m more than happy to please everyone. Please keep in mind some videos may take longer to create do to testing devices and creating different coils to test. Please be patient and Ill supply you all your video requests.

Yea, just the part where you do the twists and measure where to cut. Man at 20:12 you took a hit ha, lol I bet that thing hit hard. Great vapor though. Flavor stays true or changes?

the flavor stays true as long as the wicks are done correctly. I have juice control 1 turn and half open and air control is slightly quarter turn just enough to get a drag. that way it pulls enough juice to the coils. its a lot of wick so you get nice moisture heat its not going to burn you or anything its just hot moist moist vape.

That's one HELL of a coil dude! And the fact that you filmed a full tutorial on how you made it is just awesome, thank you! I'll be home in a few days, so I might have to sit down for an hour or two and try to make something like this, though I'll probably work on modding an Ody v1 ceramic to try and get a bit more vertical clearance for my coils, though I guess another option would be to just add a 2nd ceramic housing nut on there so the MP sits higher.

I must say though, the music at the very end is just too funny...

Bishop, all I gotta say is WHOA!!!!!! NELLY!!!!!! I made a coil this morning with merely 32 AWG Kanthal, two pieces twisted together to form one and it was only a single coil with my normal two wick design. It Hits so full and flavorful it isn't even funny. Ohms out at 0.7 and hits like a freight train. I cannot even fathom how you can take the hits off of two of these coils stacked together. Sheesh. I bow down to your Iron Lungs my Friend.

its the same ohms and same 25 watts. only thing is you get more loops on your wick is all and produces more richer vape. if you were already doing highlander coils at .7 ohms then you will see side by side like did it feels about the same just more vapor because of the more loops.

Ahhh Okay, Yeah it definitely produces cloouds due I think to the knurling in between the two twisted wires also holding juice. It is awesome for sure. I like how the twists just hold together even after letting go once you have it all spun up. I was afraid they may just unspool once I released the grip on em. But nope they are tightly wound and definitely staying together Quite well :D

Hope you are having a Great Day my Friend;

wonderful video Bish! Thats how I like to vape! Low ohms at high volts.

Ok, we all know that Ody and penelope can vape without a burning taste on high volts - low ohms. I have already vape Ody at 0,7 ohms like you Bish. And I made a thought about 2 weeks ago but I forgot to post it on forum. Maybe we can stop using nichrome or kanthal and vape only a simple SS wire that has big resistance. I bought from wires UK some SS wire a long time ago to use it as NR wire but it gave me too much resistance per foot. It was so big the resistance that when I made a coil at 1,5 ohm the total result with SS NR wire was at more than 2 ohms. So it would be very nice if someone has SS wire to make this experiment. Unfortunately I dont have this wire any more
