Viking Vapor is trying to make me stop buying from them

this was the first company other than my e cig maker that I started buying liquid from, my first two bottles 12mg pg/vg mix of cola and blackberry, I loved both

since then I've tried different flavors and nicotine concentrations, including getting 18 mg cola, and 24 mg double flavor blackberry when it was time to get more of my favorites

these and other flavors I've gotten have very weak flavor (even the double flavor) and weak vapor production, I tried writing them an email asking if this had to do with increasing the nicotine content, since it was the only thing I could think of that changed. and they never responded, I guess it was an insult to them to hear me ask why I'm not as satisfied with their product even though I didn't believe it was their fault at the time


well I reordered 12mg blackberry (even though I like higher nicotine now) and same problem, weaker vapor, hardly any flavor, I also got huckleberry, and it doesn;t taste anything like it, just vaguely sweet.




So I write these guys another email, explaining all of this, that 'hey I've gotten your liquid before and was blown away by how great it is', I've gotten over 20 bottles from them, so I'm not some jackass customer looking for a handout, I just asked is this because the way you mix liquids different batches turn out different or something like that? what can I do about this since I'm definitely not satisfied, aaaannnnnddddd....





NO RESPONSE!!!!!???? (not sure how swearing is tolerated on this forum so I'll say) DANG ITTT viking vapor, I thought I found a great company, I definitely haven't been totally happy with freedomsmokeusa or gourmet vapor, but DANG IT viking vapor at least e mail me back and say we don't know why your liquid seems to not be the same quality, you don;t even have to offer me a refund or tell me to send it back, just respond to me and tell me my problem is puzzling, when they've ignored me twice I feel like frick you e liquid is cheap as hell, I could try getting a few sample orders from various places, I don;t need to stay loyal to viking vapor!

Dealing with a vendor involves more than just a purchase. While I know nothing about Viking Vapor, I would not continue to do business with anyone who ignored me. You are only trying to get an answer or explantion. And especially if you are a repeat customer not just trying to score some free juice, I would expect the company to make it right.

You do what you decide, but if it was me, I would buy Cola & Blackberry from another vendor. As it stands now, you won't be more disappointed.

Ah, so I'm not the only one. First, I love their kahlua and cream flavor, but like you, I've noticed a difference with my last order. I have sent emails to the company TWICE, asking various questions and both times I was ignored. Reading what you've written has now decided me. I don't care how cheap their juices are, or how fast their shipping. Customer service is SO important and since they have NONE, I will never buy from them again.

There are so many vendors out there that have both a great product and wonderful customer service. Sure, their prices may be a bit (or a lot in some cases) higher but at least they CARE about their customers. A few I can name off the top of my head: Pink Spot, Velvet Vapor, GotVapes, Gourmet Vapor and Juicy Vapor. So to all of them and so many more, thank you for the wonderful service. It truly is appreciated.

Its sad that I have been reading this kind of behavior alot lately...involving Viking Vapor. My wife has been ordering there Kahlua and Cream since Feb. 2010. The last order took two weeks to receive...I will not order from them again, unless I see a response to all this here on ECF.

I realize my monthly order will not make or break them, but I'll be damned if my hard earned money goes in the pocket of a disrespectful supplier.

Although the Vaping Community is growing, I don't think any boutique vendor could afford to play fast-and-loose with his customer's queries or issues. Still, there might well be a genuine reason for the lack of response...

I know how you feel. With my INITIAL order with them (11 bottles of varying stuff), I emailed a question and got zero response. Juice arrived on Saturday and I think it is "meh". Some of it is tasty, but, other stuff (mostly berry related) tastes like cough medicine. I'll reorder the caramel macchiatto for my wife, but, I think that's about it. Not impressed with the juice OR the communication from them. Other vendors I dealt with shipped the day my order was placed. These guys sat on it for a while before they sent it. Cheap, yes. Get what you pay for? I think so at this point.

I haven't had many juices that I wouldn't vape or at least give away to a friend if I didn't care for it.
This company was one of that rare moments in over two years of my vaping journey. I ordered the Mar boh from them at full flavor 36 mg. That was six months ago. It tasted just like Baby powder! I have 4 sons so I do know what baby powder tastes like. I let it steep and steep and steep some more. To this day it still has that taste. I emailed them many times and got no reply. I wrote the juice and the company off. That juice just tasted BAD.
 
A friend passed me along some chocolate banana and french toast from Viking Vapor. I was impressed with both of those particular flavors but after reading this post there is NO WAY I would order from a company who cant even take the time to reply to a repeat costumers emails. Definently dont trust the apparent inconsistancies either... Thanks for posting this and I hope you get your money back!!!!
