this was the first company other than my e cig maker that I started buying liquid from, my first two bottles 12mg pg/vg mix of cola and blackberry, I loved both
since then I've tried different flavors and nicotine concentrations, including getting 18 mg cola, and 24 mg double flavor blackberry when it was time to get more of my favorites
these and other flavors I've gotten have very weak flavor (even the double flavor) and weak vapor production, I tried writing them an email asking if this had to do with increasing the nicotine content, since it was the only thing I could think of that changed. and they never responded, I guess it was an insult to them to hear me ask why I'm not as satisfied with their product even though I didn't believe it was their fault at the time
well I reordered 12mg blackberry (even though I like higher nicotine now) and same problem, weaker vapor, hardly any flavor, I also got huckleberry, and it doesn;t taste anything like it, just vaguely sweet.
So I write these guys another email, explaining all of this, that 'hey I've gotten your liquid before and was blown away by how great it is', I've gotten over 20 bottles from them, so I'm not some jackass customer looking for a handout, I just asked is this because the way you mix liquids different batches turn out different or something like that? what can I do about this since I'm definitely not satisfied, aaaannnnnddddd....
NO RESPONSE!!!!!???? (not sure how swearing is tolerated on this forum so I'll say) DANG ITTT viking vapor, I thought I found a great company, I definitely haven't been totally happy with freedomsmokeusa or gourmet vapor, but DANG IT viking vapor at least e mail me back and say we don't know why your liquid seems to not be the same quality, you don;t even have to offer me a refund or tell me to send it back, just respond to me and tell me my problem is puzzling, when they've ignored me twice I feel like frick you e liquid is cheap as hell, I could try getting a few sample orders from various places, I don;t need to stay loyal to viking vapor!
