Got my latest order in today. I tried the apple pie first and I'm kinda sorry I did. It's so damn good, I can't bring myself to try anything else! It tastes exactly like those McDonalds apple pies. Sweet and appley with just a bit of cinnamon. Really excellent stuff. My next order will definitely include a big bottle of this.

A couple points of interest for you guys:

First off I had a customer e-mail me asking if our Butterscotch contained Diacetyl. The answer to this is that absolutely no Viking Vapor flavors contain Diacetyl!! In fact it is one of the first inquiries I make when researching a new flavor supplier. On a positive note it does not appear to be commonly used anymore in food grade butter flavorings so I'd be shocked to discover ANY e-liquid manufacturer using flavorings which contain it. (At least US flavoring suppliers that I've spoken with).

Also I thought I'd let you all know that due too a large volume of requests I will be adding a Cinnamon Candy and Candy Apple flavor to the site sometime around the middle of next week. (Should be available approximately 4/21 assuming stock arrives on time).

For those of you haven't noticed yet I am using this thread as my own little subforum. I have linked it directly to the info@vikingvapor.com e-mail and therefore receive notification if you post here and can typically respond in a reasonable time.

Yet another update: All orders placed from Thursday 4/15 through Friday 4/16 at 6:00pm pst are shipping tomorrow morning (Sat 4/17). With priority shipping this will place most orders in mailboxes Monday and others Tuesday.

A few site updates:
Gift Certificates are now available through the site. After speaking with a couple gentlemen desiring to use the gift certificate system I thought I'd point out to you all how they were using them as it was quite slick. If you are the type who likes trading juices with other forum members you can essentially make payment for the received juices relatively anonymously by purchasing a gift certificate for the other party. All you need to have is their e-mail, you then purchase a gift certificate for the agreed dollar amount and the recipient receives an electronic gift certificate by e-mail which contains the code necessary for them to receive the in store credit to get whatever juices they desire in exchange. A link to our gift certificate system has been placed at the top of the products page.

In addition I am attempting to make every effort to keep our products out of the hands of minors. Therefore as of today there will be a mandatory check box on the order page testifying to the fact that the purchaser is at least 18 years of age or older.

To people requesting wholesale: For some reason we received an unbelievable number of requests from people wishing to resell our products this week! I'm not sure if we popped up on some website somewhere or what happened! I unfortunately have been extremely busy with tax week, tech issues and general customers and have not had a moment to get back to all you folks. I also need to determine under what parameters I am willing to allow our products to be offered. I will attempt to set time aside Monday to respond to these requests and deeply apologize for the delayed responses.

Have a good weekend everyone and happy vaping!

Canute,

I picked up some VV Chocolate/Coconut and English Toffee at a VIP meeting a couple of weeks ago from a guy who didn't like it. I have loved it. It's 24 mg, double flavor, full strength. It has the best throat hit of any juice I've tried. I have 5 bottles coming through the classifieds on ECF: Vanilla Butternut, English Toffee, Smores, Turtle, and Peanut Butter Cup. I'm hoping these are similar to the previous two bottles in terms of flavor and TH.

I signed up on your site last night and expect to be purchasing direct in the very near future.

Good luck as you plow forward with your business plan.

Very glad to hear you are enjoying them! If you don't mind my asking, are you thinning them since they're double flavors or just vaping them as is? I try to make it clear on the website that double flavors are intended for the customer to thin down to their own desired flavor/vapor requirements but often fear people won't catch that and end up wondering why they got this extremely thick liquid. Most the double flavors vape fantastic as is but I do get concerned about the darker flavorings like chocolate's, Coffee's, Kahlua etc.

So I'm not sure if you take requests, but...

My wife would like some Dr. Pepper from Viking. :D

We absolutely do take requests! I've had several for Dr. Pepper in fact so it's one I want to work on. To be honest it's been a while since I've actually drank a Dr. Pepper so I'll have to get some tomorrow and see what I can come up with for you.

In keeping with that an update on other requested flavors:

Caramel Macchiato was officially added to the site today. I myself have been vaping it all day and think you'll all enjoy it. Due too the fact that it is a "dark" flavor like the other coffees, Kahlua, Chocolate's etc....I recommend being prepared to thin them if you order in Double Flavor. Vaping as a straight double flavor will be awfully thick! For this purpose I have added nic added PG and VG under the "PG and VG" menu. They are available up to 24mg, like the flavored liquids, so you can maintain your nic levels (or decrease and add volume) while thinning your double flavors.

Cinnamon Candy & Candy Apple I hope to have up any day now and am just waiting on the arrival of a flavor shipment. Be prepared to have a dedicated atty for these!

Tobacco Flavors should arrive in approximately one week!!!! (Finally found a flavor supplier I like). Look forward to Mar-Boh, Mar-Boh Light, Virginia Fire Cured and Menthol Tobacco to come immediately thereafter. 555 and RY4 to follow in the near future. Incidentally once these arrive I will add a comment to the Signature Smoke line stating that you can have these new tobacco's added since it will have a much more distinct taste than the previously used.

Happy vaping everyone!

Oh geez I wish I had the money right now. I have to wait till the 10th to make my first order with you. I just keep going to the site and drooling. I think it's great that you are offering the nic juice to "water" down double flavors in varied mg's. that makes it so much easier for people. I still have 60-80ml of 36mg unflavored nic juice in PG though so won't need that as of yet, but if your flavors are good then this might end up being my one stop shop for juice and juice.

Can you please tell me what you do to tweak the throat hit? I saw that in options and was wondering what that means exactly.

Throat hit is effected by three factors. Higher nic content of course yields higher throat hit. Higher PG, or at least the absence of the smoothing effect from VG being the second factor. And the third being the alcohol content of the e-liquid. Many flavorings contain alcohol but many do not. Variations in throat hit can be achieved on like bases by altering the overall alcohol content. The key here is "on like bases"! For example a person accustomed to 6mg VG liquids will find the Full Flavor or Filterless versions to be an increase, while a person accustomed to 24mg PG liquids would find that same 6mg VG Filterless liquid to be ridiculously weak!

Ok, three things here.
First off, I love the peach. It's my favorite... and if it was sold by the gallon, I'd buy 10.
Second, I'm REALLY excited to see tobacco flavors coming!!!
Third... well I already forgot what the third thing was (damn lack of sleep!)... but I'll just replace it with VV is my favorite liquid supplier by far, two thumbs way up! :D

I'm glad someone mentioned the peach, it was either not on there when I did my last order or I was so consumed with ordering 60ml each of cola and banana creme that i did not notice it. I would have ordered that in a second, good to know I can go for broke and order 30ml instead of a sample size.

My real question here though is for Larry, on my last order I got a bottle of plain 0mg VG and didn't realize it was not thinned. I'm going to use it here and there to lighten up flavors and/or increase vapor production and need to know how much distilled water to mix into it (i'm assuming distilled H2O).

I want the vg to be basically the same viscosity of the rest of your liquids.

How much should I mix in to get it like that?

Funny you ask this as I was just thinking last night that I need to add the option to allow people to specify if they want their no-nic and nic-added VG thinned or left thick. I would recommend adding 5% distilled water to the plain VG and then go from there if you want it thinner. So on a 30ml bottle of vg you're gonna start by adding 1.5ml. If you are a direct dripper I would not be too concerned about getting it excessively thin as thick vg will vaporize very nicely (as you can tell by dripping a straight drop onto your atty and testing it), if you need it to wick of course you'll want it thinner.

Not sure if you have any pipette's or syringes so here's a couple conversions that may aid you:

20 drops = 1ml
1 teaspoon = 5ml

Yes, the peach is my favorite juice of any vendor/flavor I've tried yet. And yumm, banana cream is my second favorite! Sounds like we have the same taste, guess I'll have to try the cola ;)

Cool thanks, the stuff is so thick right now It will hardly drip out of the bottle, I'm afraid the top will blow off if I squeeze any harder. I still use carts and cart mods so I need it to wick well.

I love peach so even though I normally wait and put in a big enough order to get free shipping I may break down and get a bottle anyway.

I also tried the "new and improved" blueberry and thought it was great too.

The only blueberry I've tried (don't remember where it was from) was horrible. Maybe I'll have to check out VVs
