Viper vape nautilus processing time?

I'm about to buy a nautilus off viper but I'm hesitant about there processing time. I don't want to buy a highly sought after product because I'm concerned it will take over a week to process my order only to have it shipped from china or something. Has anyone ever made a purchase off this site and how long was the processing time?
