Virgin Vapor Contact Info...

Hi,

I am a new comer.

I basically joined this forum so I can get in touch with Virgin Vapor supplier. I have emailed them like 3 times now... and my order has not been sent since 10/24... just wanted to get some answers from them.. but seems like they are very active here. I am trying out my luck here. If anyone knows how I can reach them other then their website email address please let me know. Thank you.

Hi and welcome to ECF. Sorry about your issues and it's rare that VV messes up. After you post 5 times wait 1 hr for the ECF servers to reset and you can post elsewhere. Here's the ECF VV Forum:

Did you "contact" them via the website or did you actually email them at customservice@virginvapor.com?

I tried the in-house contact once and never received a response. Emailed them once and was answered within 8 hours. Just a thought. Hope you get things sorted out!

Thanks People. Yes, I tried every email they had listed on their website, including the ones you have recommended.

Well, I got a reply yesterday after posting this thread. One of them told that there might have been error with the shipping... So.. I am hoping they will sort it out. But, she hasn't told me what is going on with the order yet. I guess I will found out soon.

I will be fair here. Virgin Vapor had really good quality e liquids. I was hooked after my first order. But, this second order has been quite disappointing... after waiting for 2 weeks for a single email response seems very unreasonable... I still haven't gotten the product yet.

That's unfortunate, I've placed around 7 orders with them and have gotten all packages within 4-5 days. I also like that they include the option of insurance. Makes me panic when vendors don't do this, and a lot of them don't opting instead for a flat-rate first-class for all purchases. Well, the ones that do that also seem to be faster at shipping. *shrug*

Do you at least have some backup juice to keep you floating while you wait?

Quick update... They finally figured out what happened to my package. It was the postal office who lost the package. Not their fault, but 2 week period for me to wait for Virgin Vapor to respond to my email was a bit of a nail biter for me. BUT they pulled through and they have reassured my confidence in their business. I really do love their juice. Very high quality in my opinion... I think I am allergic to PG based products. Their product was like vaping a fine cigar. So, I know I will do business again with them.

@Enoch777: Thanks for asking. Well... I have these sample juices from various vendors when I started vaping this year. I am down to my last 1ML... Hopefully it will arrive before it runs out. I hate to light up my cigarette again. I have been off the analog for 2 months now. A new record!
