O.K. everythings subjective I get that, everybody likes a different kinda vape, yeah sure.

I've tried all kinds of juices, I've vaped juices that were a minute old and juices that were weeks ...months old, but Virgin Vapor ....really folks. please tell me I missed some snippet of information, like this juice has to steep for 3 weeks, or must be vaped on pure gold coils only......but this...I have tasted some nasty stuff but, I haven't tasted anything this bad since the bad old days of Chinese juices. I ordered a sampler of 100%vg juices,is there some kind of special steeping time for pure vg juice is that it. Please for you fans of this juice , what's up wid it.

Yes indeed it was such amazingly disgusting drek, that I couldn't clean it out of my wick, had to throw it away, cleaned my atty, and wound up throwing my drip tip away as well.....and for that price?
Very heavy PGA taste in the stuff I got there, steeping for like 8 months didn't help at all. I guess you could boil that out somehow but I would rather it just not be there.

Give it a chance

When I got my first bottle of the VV banana I did not like it at first I did what everyone said let it steep and without the cap for a day or two.

But guess what after about a week and a half I started vapeing it. It grew on me because once I ran out my old juice was not as satisfying. Then I wished I would not have ever ran out.

Then I realized that I had started to like it ordered a second bottle and now vape it the first day I get it and I love the stuff. I do not need to steep it anymore and the caps never come off. perfect the way it is:2cool:

I could never understand the hype about VV or Vaperite. Their juices definitely taste different than anything I've ever had. For me, It was a bad kind of different.

Not sure what Vaperite has to do with VV, they are a local B&M to me. There are several juices from them that are my daily vape, while there are others they make that I can't stand. I can't say that I've noticed their juices being any more or any less chaemical tasting than what I've found at many vendors. I will say that I do often have to let the juices I get from them steep, but that is because I buy in quantity the ones I like and they mix it there on the spot.

I love the melon juices and someone on the forum had said that Virgin Vapor makes a good one, fool that I was a ordered a huge bottle, filled my carto and was choking.. cleaned the tank, threw the carto out, tried to steep it for a few weeks.... no improvement... put it in a hot water bath to see if I could get get some of the alcohol aftertaste out, still no luck.... think I am going to put some silk flowers in it and use it for decoration :( Out of all the mystery (not sampled prior) juices I ever bought, this has by far been the worst.

I am so glad you posted this because I had the exact same experience and I thought I got a bad batch or something. I ordered a bunch of different flavors but they were all quite nasty. I have never smelled/tasted e liquid like that before or since so I am not sure what they are doing. I even steeped them for over a month and there was no improvement. I am still keeping them in a drawer for some reason even though I know I will never use them....bleh.

Never tried VV, but I can tell you from lots of experience with juice, one mans "ick" is another mans "yum".

I hate to see vendors bad-mouthed just because someone doesn't like their liquids. it doesn't mean they are a bad vendor, it just means "you" don't like their liquids. keep looking, you will find one you like

I'm talking about a generic "you", not gthompson!

I tried them at about month 3 of vaping and I really wanted to like their juice, it all sounded great. I never ordered from them again, the juice to me was nasty.

I think it may be the "all natural", no sweetener that people don't like.

I got two flavors, Blackberry Vanilla Swirl, and Pecan Pie. I speed-steeped in hot water, but it took about a month for the alcohol to mellow on the Blackberry.

Took a couple of days for me to really like the Pecan Pie, but now it will be an all day vape for me--I plan to buy a larger bottle when I can afford it. The Blackberry Vanilla is also good, but I don't taste the vanilla. The Blackberry is a natural-tasting one, like fresh off the vine. Sort of tart, and not really sweet but fruity.

I'll likely try some other flavors just out of curiosity--I may hate or love them.

I personally eat a good deal of processed food (not that health-conscious), but grew up with a family who didn't and I can tell you that whole food eating vs processed food eating is a very similar comparison to the "normal" juices I have and the VV juices. You have to get used to the "missing" stuff like sweetener and salt.

It may be the all-natural, all-organic flavorings that Virgin Vapor and Vaperite use that you don't care for. Some of the Virgin Vapor juices have an alcohol base which should be allowed to steep for a couple of days without the cap on to allow the alcohol to evaporate completely. Not sure if Vaperite uses an alcohol base in any of their juices. Vg juices don't take up flavorings as fast as Pg and generally require some steep time, at least in my experience.

Myself, I prefer to use those flavors. I keep a running stock on Virgin Vapor's Kona Velvet Milkshake, Root Beer Float, Original Sin (apple), and Red Hot Cinnamon. The same is true for Vaperite's Kona Cream and Double Espresso.
