Virgin Vapors: How is their customer service? Are they good about refunds?

Ugh. The Kona Coffee Milkshake went into my PT2 on my backup eGO 650mah (its been open, and steeping for about 24 hrs) and it tastes Burnt. Like a pot of coffee that has sat on the heating element way to long and has been scorched. Gonna throw this in the drawer for awhile and see what happens.

I also found another USB cable buried in my old PC parts box and hooked it up to the eGO-V V3 and still no go. It's the battery for sure.

Virgin Vapors has been excellent with their customer service!! ( I have probably had 20+orders through them to date). They were having issues with their "contact us" button on their website, so if you don't hear back from them I would resend your message.

Kona Coffee Milkshake is one of my daily vapes. However, it needs a good 2 week steep for the sweetness to come through. Being organic and 100% VG it take longer for the flavors to develop. The longer this one steeps the more a natural sweetness comes through that is amazing!!
