This was actually the direct result of a member of ECF and CASAA - storyspinr. She posted about the Virginia Health Department's web site stating that ecigs were included in the indoor smoking ban. CASAA's legal director, Yolanda Villa (Yvilla) and I helped her with some research and facts, but she took the bull by the horns and contacted her representative, who contacted the AG. Storyspinr showed how even one person can make a differnce if they actually take action!
An American Cancer Society spokesman is quoted by the Post as saying the ruling "would really be turning back the clock on what we're trying to do in Virginia to create smoke-free workplaces and environments that promote health."
